Neighborhood Partnerships remains committed to the development of current and future leaders who will help to achieve our mission and move crucial work forward. We also recognize that the work of leadership is increasingly challenging and demands new skills and abilities. Our hope for the future lies within leaders who can navigate new terrain with confidence and work to build effective cross-system collaboration.

We currently focus our leadership development work in two areas: strategic communications in the policy arena, and work to build the financial resilience of our communities.
