Leadership Development

Neighborhood Partnerships recognizes the importance of ensuring the development and training of new leaders and succession planning within organizations.  In previous years, we have held trainings and in 2007, we launched the first Future Leaders Initiative.  This Initiative trained 18 emerging and diverse leaders from across the state of Oregon. In the coming months, Neighborhood Partnerships will begin reexamining the Future Leaders Initiative, and adapting it to meet our new role.  Look for more information coming soon.
