Resident Services

The Resident Services Demonstration Project is part of a coordinated effort to create a sustainable resident services delivery system. Neighborhood Partnerships’ contribution is the management of a project that will capture time series data on the benefits of resident services programs to both the owners of the housing and the residents. Portland State University’s Regional Research Institute is conducting the study, with five housing organizations providing data.
