We’re saying goodbye to Jill Winsor today after just over three years at Neighborhood Partnerships. We know that many of you will also join us in wishing Jill the best as she starts her new job at the City of Portland.
In her time at NP Jill has contributed immensely to our success. Most notably, she supported the renewal of the Oregon IDA tax credit in 2015, has helped spur growth and innovation with our annual RE:Conference, and has helped us lay a strong path forward for creating a children’s saving platform in Oregon.
Jill’s work at bringing partners together has moved us all forward. She has helped us develop new ways to bring partners together to share skills and resources for building financial capability, with our regional summits and asset builders unite events. We will all miss her creativity, her dedication to getting things right, and her positive energy and optimism.
