Neighborhood Partnerships is excited to announce that this fall we will be moving into the Center for Social Justice. Seeding Justice, Oregon’s leading funder of social change organizing, owns this collaborative workspace designed for mission-aligned organizations working toward justice and liberation. Through their community-led, participatory approach, Seeding Justice has created the Center for Social Justice as a hub where organizations can gather, co-create, and build collective power.
As an organization who centers collaboration and movement building across our work, we’re excited to support Seeding Justice’s effort to build a hub for organizations working to build a more just and equitable Oregon.
As a statewide organization, we’re often traveling, meeting virtually, and not always anchored in a physical office space. As virtual work becomes more normalized in the post-pandemic landscape, having a flexible workspace that still allows us to host gatherings and convenings is a perfect fit.
Speaking of gatherings and convenings, we’re planning an open house in early October as a chance to see our new space, get to know our new neighbors, and bring together our network in the midst of real challenges at the federal, state, and local level.
We’re excited to see what new possibilities and collaborations this new home and participation in the movement-building work of Seeding Justice can bring!
