The 2015 RE:Conference on Oct. 29 and 30 couldn’t have been better. More than 300 people gathered to get to know each other with an “If you really knew me…” exercise. We shared celebrations and strengths. We were challenged to make Oregon and our own organizations more equitable and we learned a whole lot!
