After a year of advocacy by 109 savers and 77 lobby day participants, Oregon’s 2025 legislative session delivered minimal IDA funding increases—far short of the $10M annual increase needed to address growing economic pressures on working families.

Angel joins Neighborhood Partnerships with seven years of experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as a donation coordinator, outreach coordinator, and communications manager. He relocated from Los Angeles to the PNW in January 2025 and is excited to begin this new chapter.

On April 30th, the Oregon Housing Alliance, Housing Oregon, and Residents Organizing for Change collaborated on our annual Housing Opportunity Day.

Lauren is Neighborhood Partnerships’ new Evaluation Analyst. Lauren recently graduated from the University of Oregon with majors in Spatial Data Science and Planning, Public Policy, and Management. She is excited to use her dedication to public service to drive the work that she will produce and the connections she will create.
